ARPWIN 6.2 works just fine in a Windows 7 machine but I encountered the same problem while printing. To easily fix this issues, go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers and right click your printer and make it to be the default one then perform a new operation in ARPWIN and it will work normally.
